These terms govern your use of this website and the National Contractors Association (“NCA”) membership. By using the site or joining, you agree to these terms.

Membership

Membership is offered at the tiers and pricing displayed on the Membership page and is billed on a month-to-month or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. NCA may modify benefits, tiers, or pricing with reasonable notice.

Insurance Benefits

Insurance benefits are administered by Contractors Choice Agency, a licensed insurance agency (NPN 8608479) licensed in all 50 states. Insurance products are underwritten by unaffiliated third-party carriers. A quote request does not create coverage; coverage is bound only when a policy is issued and premium is paid. Insurance savings are not guaranteed and vary by applicant.

Member Directory

Member directory listings reflect information provided by members. NCA does not guarantee the work, licensing, or performance of any listed contractor and makes no warranties regarding directory listings. Members are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings.

Use of the Site

Content is for general informational purposes. NCA reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the site or benefits at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NCA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or membership. The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
